The evaluative leader

So, last week, I met some fantastic and talented college leaders and managers. We discussed what it is to be an evaluative leader. Among the many topics covered during the day, we examined striving for excellence through understanding what and how to reflect, change and improve. One of the most challenging aspects of this endeavour is measuring the hard-to-measure aspects of improvement.
